Go and the Use Cases

Recently I learned Go language and I have to say it’s so cool. Hail the approach of no-OOP. It’s nice.

While discussing Go with friends, and I’ve got that some people are considering it like a hype. Because of lack of use cases.

I guess, it would be hard to make some complex REST without a Ruby’s dynamic, but a web-socket server on Raspberry Pi, mmm…

It unsuitable to create GUI apps, but maybe web-interface apps.

And also, cross-compilation is a thing. Not a lot of current language environments offer this.
